"God Fearing Woman" documents the lives of women in the Hasidic Jewish community of Crown Heights in Brooklyn, New York.

Through color still images made in their homes and at women-only events, this project explores their experiences of womanhood and motherhood under a set of rules that brings comfort and a sense of belonging, but can also clash with personal freedom.
